Trade In Policy – Trade-In & Trade Up Program

Jireh Supplies understands that audio gear and instruments are constantly evolving and changing. We value you, our customer. That is why we offer our Trade In and Trade up policy. You can trade your current gear into Jireh Supplies in our store or online.

In Store Trade:

Simply bring your gear into our retail store Jireh Music and More and we will evaluate your gear / equipment and offer you a trade in or cash value. Trade in value is the same value as cash. We hope that you will be trading toward another piece of gear, but we realize that sometimes you need to downsize. We only offer cash for gear in our retail store – Jireh Music and More 117 Buford Dr, Lawrenceville, GA 30046.

Online Trade:

We are pleased to offer an easy trade in program for our customers that are not located near our retail store location. Simply contact us on the phone, or complete the online trade in agreement, and submit pictures and/or video of the product, serial numbers, and proof of its working condition. We will then provide you with a Trade In estimate. If you agree with the estimate, we will issue you a TIA (Trade In Authorization) Number. You will then ship us you item(s) are your expense. Once we received the item(s) we will examine the condition, verify serial numbers that you provided in the evaluation, and verify that everything works. We will then contact you confirming the receipt of the item(s), and confirm the Trade In Value. We do not offer cash for online trade ins. We only offer credit towards another product.
